Max City BBQ has been serving slow-cooked, southern-style barbecue in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles since 2014. We combine locally sourced ingredients with traditional, crowd-pleasing recipes to produce fantastic BBQ. Our specialties are slow-smoked brisket, pork ribs, and melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork, alongside BBQ chicken, smoked jalapeño cheddar links, and house-made sides that keep people coming back.
